PAYING BY CARD? HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT

When you tap or swipe your card at one of our machines, you may see a $15 pending hold on your account. A separate $15 hold may appear for each machine you start. Don’t worry, these are temporary authorization holds, not the final amount you’ll be charged. Once your transaction moves from pending to posted, usually within a few business days depending on your bank, you’ll only be charged for the washers and dryers you actually used. Any unused portion of the holds will drop off automatically.
